What time is check-in and check-out
check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM

Are pets allowed?
Absolutely - Cozy Cove is pet-friendly! We just ask that you bring your own bed for your pet and clean up after them

Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes! The hot tub is cleaned between guests and is open all year around - even better in the snow or under the stars

(NO GLASS in the not tub) Plastic glasses are provided 

How many people can the cabin sleep?
We comfortably sleep 8 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 king beds

Where is Cozy Cove located?
We're in Brigus Junction, Newfoundland - less than an hour from St John's. You'll receive the exact address and check-in instructions after booking 

What amenities are included?
Everything you need for a cozy stay:

• Full kitchen with cookware

• Towels & linens

• Smart TV's

• Firepit & wood (first bundle included)

• Hot tub

• Kayaks

• Games & cozy blankets

Is the cabin open in winter?
Yes - and it's magical! We're fully winterized with heating and snow-cleared access

Do you offer kayaks or water access?
Yes! year round kayaks and access to the pond with room to launch boats etc. steps from the door!

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes - strong Wi-Fi for streaming or working. But we recommend unplugging when you can!

Is the cabin kid-friendly?
Definitely. Families love it here! We have board games, open space to run around, and calm pond access.
(Just note: no crib or child gates are provided.)
